How it works

Five stages, start to campus

  1. Profile assessment

A free consultation covering your grades, budget, test scores and destination, ending with an honest view of what you can realistically target.

  2. Shortlist agreed

We research and present your university choices. You select from them, and the plan is set before any application is filed.

  3. Applications and offers

Documents prepared, applications submitted, admissions offices chased, and interview preparation scheduled where a university requires it.

  4. Enrollment and visa

Offer accepted, deposit paid, enrollment confirmed, then the full visa file prepared and your embassy interview rehearsed one on one.

  5. Accommodation and departure

Housing secured and a pre departure briefing delivered, then continued support through your first semester abroad.

Why us

Straight answers, before you spend anything

  • One consultant, start to finish. No handovers, no repeating your case to someone new.
  • An honest shortlist. We tell you where you will not get in, before you spend money finding out.
  • Refund terms in writing. Stated in the agreement before you pay, not buried in fine print.
  • A plan if the visa is refused. A back up destination agreed with you, not improvised afterwards.

Questions

The things students ask us first

Does the first consultation really cost nothing?

Yes. The first assessment is free and carries no obligation. You pay only if you decide to proceed and we have agreed your university shortlist together.

Can you guarantee I will get admission or a visa?

No, and you should be careful of anyone who says otherwise. Admission decisions rest with universities and visa decisions rest with immigration authorities. What we control is the quality and completeness of what gets submitted, which is where most avoidable refusals come from.

What happens if my visa is refused?

We review the refusal with you honestly, agree an alternative destination together, and prepare a fresh application to that country. The choice of where to go next is yours, made with a clear view of what went wrong the first time.

Do I pay the university fees through you?

No. University application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees and language test fees are paid by you directly to those organisations. Our fee covers the consultancy service only, and that separation is stated in writing in the agreement.

Which countries can you apply to for me?

The United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Australia, Europe and Malaysia. Each has different intakes, entry requirements and funding rules, and part of the first consultation is working out which of them your profile actually fits.

How far in advance should I start?

Ideally nine to twelve months before your intended intake. Applications, offers, deposits and visa processing each take time, and starting late is the most common reason a student misses an intake and waits another year.
